Remove repeated value only and keep remainder of data

I have data that has similar values that have different PO #'s.  

How can I return the data so that only the value is removed and the remainder of the data stays intact?

Once this is done, I need to sum by project name.

Hi @tiverson,

You could a multi-row tool technique to identify duplicate records and remove the values.
