Remove data from the output to get the desired format

Hi Team,

I have data in below format 

Rom\Column	1	2	3
1	10	20	30
2	10	20	30
3	10	20	30

 and I want the result in format shown below:

Rom\Column	1	2	3
1	10
2	10	20
3	10	20	30

I am not to sure that if I can use the multifield formula and get the result. Please help
