Remove both values of Duplicates

I want to be able to identify if there's duplicate values within a cell and then delete both.

For example, I have A, B , A, B , C and i want my results to be C. I was thinking I could you a filter tool or formula tool.

Sorry If I wasnt clear, this is my first question and was not aware I couldn't edit itafter I post it. This is the data format I have and I what I want it to look like. 

Column 1 | Column 2

     X         |   A,B,A,B,C

      T        |   A,B,A,B

Results to be....

Column 1 | Column 2

     X         |   C

      T        |
