Regex help needed

Hi guys I have an article that were broken down into lines. Some of the lines are like this

"the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the "Securities Act," and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or".

I want to replace "the Securities Act of 1933" in the sentence with "the Securities Act", and "the Securities Exchange Act of 1934" with "the Securities Exchange Act". Pretty much where it says "Act of XXXX(a year)", I want to replace with "Act", while keep the rest of the line as is.

Tried to explore Regex but didn't figure it out. Thanks!

You can use the replace function in regex. I've placed "Act of \d{4}" as the criteria, meaning it's looking for Act of followed by 4 numbers. It will replace it with just "Act."
