I am not able to pass the exam with Hard work attempts twice 

I want to know what is the last date of final exam

I am not sure I understand the question - you will have gotten an email with your score of your last attempt which will give you the date. You are eligible to retake it 1 week after a failed attempt

Please note, if the exam attempt is unsuccessful, you are eligible to reattempt it after a 7-day waiting period.
