RegEx to Calculate Conditionals

Dear all,

       I trying to create a formula to calculate the 'Amount' based on the variable from 'Qty_Type' :

The rule is:

A = 10

C = 5

I = 0

       I need to calculate the (number * letter) + (number * letter) + ...

       Could you help me to find the best way to do that?
