Red X Icon from Email - Image not Showing

Guys,

I am using the image tool and last time image is showing in the email. The image changes or is being updated every week coming from a PowerPoint deck with the same slide number. When I run it today and upon receiving the email, the image is no longer showing but rather a red x icon is showing. I'm have check the image tool and it seems ok. Verified it browser tool and it is showing. Please advised how can I fix this.

Configuration from Image Tool. The png file is being retrieved in the shared drive.

I have joined it with layout tool.

Looking forward for anyone to help me on this.

Guys,

I have the solution for this. Your filename should have no spaces involve. for example

Slide 10.png

Granite Marble.png

Bella Foams.png

Should be save as:

Slide10.png

GraniteMarble.png

BellaFoams.png
