Red Dot Next to Header in Filter

Hello, can someone please help me identify what the red dot before my header name is supposed to mean and how to resolve?

For the data going into your Filter tool, can you send a screenshot of the Metadata tab in the Results pane?

 

The red dot looks like it's actually part of the field name, but I've never seen that before.
