Read all sections from URL using RegEx in Parsing tab

Dear All,

I am very new to Alteryx and I would like to read all sections from the following website using RegEx tool from the Parse tab. My website is : https://www.investsaudi.sa/en/sectors-opportunities/opportunities

I tried to write the following regular expression but return zero info. I wrote :  (?!)<section.*?>(.*?)</section> 

I really appreciate if you can help me in this case.
