Read a text file and transform it to a workable format

Hi community,

I am new to Alteryx and need help in creating a table based on a format saved on a sample text file. 

I have attached a sample of the text file and the desired output.

So far, I've managed to read the text file but I'm still trying to transform it to the table format I'd like to work with.

Parsing non-structure data really relies on the data structure.

Here is a just a sample and may not be able to directly apply to your really business data.

This solution works with my business data after some modifications with the expression in the Multi-Row Formula tool!
