I have tried my luck with all kinds of transform tools to re-arrange my data but no luck.

Does the double x mean that it is not present in the data set? Also why is Still on Hire not mentioned in the final result table?

thank you, works perfectly, just one last bit, the length of hire, i can't seem to get the order presented in my second image on my post, sort dosen't seem to work. any other tips, thank you!
