Hi 

 

I am also having this issues, all my schedules have disappeared along with my controller. 

All my schedules are not going to run..

 

I have rebooted the computer, 

Re configured the system settings and nothing.

 

 

This happens quite frequently where the controller drops of, however it has not come back this time.

 

License is new, so  valid til next year

 

Any ideas on how to resolve

OK, 

 

Im back on ;  Followed the below.  I also needed to update my password.  I had a logon failure.

 

Solution

 

  1. Start the Alteryx Service. See "Start the Alteryx Service" article.
