try concatenate.

Hello:

"Concatenate" is already checked in the configuration. Its not working.

Any other ideas?

I do not understand your question. Cross Tab is working as expected. Your issue is that you have two values for City - so if City is a key field - you will get two lines - one each for:

San Francisco
San Fransisco

You issue is that San Francisco is mispelled for one of your entries.

Very good catch!! So, "spelling"  was the culprit.
