Radio buttons not rendering output into the browse tool

Hello, I have a workflow that includes two independent questions, where each involve selecting yes/no radio buttons.  For each question, if Yes is selected, the user selects a date from the calendar prompt and a date should flow to the end.  If selecting No, the calendar is hidden from view and N/A should flow to the end.  For some reason when running the workflow, I'm not getting any output to display in the browse tool.  Please review attached.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

You have to specify that you want the output of the browse to be displayed as a result.

Try adding an actual Output Data tool in addition to the Browse and configure to .yxdb. You should see results then.
