Questions are not getting displayed when app is run on server

I've added an app onto the server and I'm trying to run it but as I run it the questions are not visible. I've tried referring to older solutions w.r.t to this topic but it's not helpful so far. Tried clearing cache, all interface tools are present with relative paths. Any help would be much appreciated!

Can you give us more information? For example:

  • What version of Desktop AND Server do you have (check both)?
  • What interface questions are you using?
    • How are they configured? You mentioned relative paths - assuming files, where are the files that they are referencing located?
