Hi All,
When I'm opening Alteryx Analytics Gallery, I can see 2 collections and 3 workflows are there -
And when I'm opening Alteryx Admin Gallery, I can see 5 Collections and total 12 workflows are there -
Q1. From an administrative standpoint, where do I need to perform actions like adding workflows to existing collections or adding/removing users? Since I am capable of handling the tasks from both the Alteryx admin gallery and Alteryx analytics gallery.
Q2. The output of a workflow I ran to collect the list of most recently logged-in users in Alteryx Server produced a list of names. Does the outcome come from users that worked in the admin portal or who access the server or what else? It's difficult for me to fully comprehend.
Q3. Why are there varying numbers of workflows and collections in each portal? What is the underlying idea of them.
Need help to understand clearly.

Q1: You cannot remove users, you can only set them as No Access. Adding users depends on how your server is set up. Mine is set for AD, so users just go to the gallery and are added. The only thing after that is to set their access level as necessary.
Adding workflows to collections is done by the collection owners on the analytics gallery.
Q2: Your screenshot answers your question. The role column shows two different roles. I am not sure what Evaluated is, but I would think that user does not have access to the admin portal.
Q3: The analytics gallery is the public side of the server. Users will only see workflows that have been published and collections that they either own or are a member.
The admin portal side is for administration. You can see all workflows and all collections. You can change owners of collections, but cannot add workflows.
