Publishing a Chained App to Gallery

I build a workflow that uses ServerAPI tool and has a chained app that uses the output of the first app to create a list that is used for a Tree Tool. Once loading to Gallery, I keep getting the same error that doesn't really mean much. It looks like I might be uploading it it incorrectly or have something that is configured wrong. Any ideas?

I think it's because you aren't uploading the correct CollectionsWorkflows.yxdb - notice you are selecting the "\externals" version but the Tree is referencing the "non-externals" version. Select it when you upload it and it should work!
