I'm trying to upload a hyper extension output to a in house server using the publish to tableua tool. I filled in everything but do not see a connection button, is this a access issue or something else? Thanks.

You need to enter the data source name followed by User name, password, Tableau server url and the Tableau Site name in the respective text boxes. As I see there is nothing entered in those fields and so, the reason you get the error.
Enter in all those fields then the error will be wiped off.
