Publish to Tableau Server : Forbiden

I can publish to our Tableau server from desktop, but when I try to publish using the "Publish to Tableau Server" macro I get Forbiden error.  Is there a special publish permission my Tableau server admin needs to give me to use this macro?

Looking at your error code from the Tableau API Community page is seems there is an overwrite issue. In the publish to tableau macro did you set the output options to overwrite?

Can you see if that table has the ability to be written over in Tableau? Specificaly your user.
