Promote Headers

Hi anyone,

I remember there is a workflow where I can convert txt and then promoting first and second column as the header columns. It used sample tools, other tools, and followed by dynamic rename tool as the last step. I know there are many ways, but I really like this workflow somehow,

I lost it when migrating to W11. I really thank you if anyone can show me.
