Producing a table with trading week related to each processing date

Hello,

 

i have a table for previous financial year which tells me what trading week each day is in. How can i build a workflow that can do this for me each year? I need this financial year  added to the list attached.

What is the formula for assigning a trading week to a particular day?  Is there one?
