Hi @Qiu - thanks for the response. Not exactly what I'm looking for, but the Alteryx for Private Equity LBO model is very interesting!

Would a private equity waterfall in your case be substantially different from say an ABS/MBS waterfall? If you expand your search to component parts for what you are looking for you can probably find something. It probably involves multi-row fomula.
