We were using a tableau input tool that no longer works when we had updated to a newer alteryx version.
I suspect that this is due to the move to alteryx marketplace.
I am also unable to access the marketplace due to it requiring a license id but I do not see that on my license possible because we are connected to a "license server"
We are currently manually exporting from tableau and I wonder if there is a way to fix this. Would appreciate your feedbacks.

you can go to your designer and click on options - manage license - you will see your key and use that for logging in into the marketplace
else you can Contact your IT or licensing administrator for the License ID associated with your Alteryx installation.

Did you update from a pre-2024.1 to 2024.1 or higher?
For 2024.1, they switched to using Python 3.10 instead of 3.8. We had to swap out all of our Google Drive Tools from the ones build on Python 3.8 to ones built on 3.10. In Marketplace (which I understand you can't access), Alteryx releases Tool versions on both 3.8 and 3.10 and then you pick the one that's compatible with your install version.
We are still using pre 2024 version. Can't downgrade too. I guess I just need to reach to whoever admins Alteryx. Thank you!
