Previous row with Multi row formula

I am trying to get a value from previous value without any other condition however the Multi row formula doesnot work as i needed.

Could you help me with why that is happening?

Works fine for me:

Try doing this after a Summarize Tool groupby on [Reporting Date]. You can always join it back on to your original dataset afterwards.

oh it is working as well. I ticked group by within multi row tool and thats why it wasnot working properly. Thank you
