Preserving The Format Of Excel Template

Just want to seek for an advice regarding how can I preserve the format of my Template in excel such as headers and font style.

I have already check the properties such as preserve formatting and still After I run my workflow the template is being over written

and the format and design I have prepared is usually replaced.
