Preserve formula in Alteryx

How do you preserve formula when outputting data into excel file? When you click in the cell, I want the formula to show what is being calculated.

Hi @mazeem 

 

When you write data into a cell in Excel, by definition it overwrites the contents of that cell.

 

However, you can write formulas into cells that reference other cells, as shown in the example below:
