Power BI Output Tool - Failed to create dataset

Question

I am using Alteryx (version 2023.1.1.460 with patch 10). Until last week, I was using the Power BI Output connector without any issues. However, since Monday, I have been facing the following error when trying to create a new dataset in Power BI:

Error: Power BI Output (2): Failed to create dataset.

Attached are the screenshots for understanding. A sample database was used for testing purposes, but the same error occurs with any other database.

I've raised this as a query directly with Alteryx support, and this is the reply I've had:

We recognize how frustrating and inconvenient this situation is, and we sincerely apologize for the trouble you have had running your workflows. 
After spending some time exploring this issue further with relevant subject matter experts, we were able to replicate the problem, and have determined 
that this is indeed a defect. We have documented the issue in detail for our development team, and it will be reviewed by our Product Managers. The Defect ID is GCSE-2769.
