Populate Column based on Check box

Hello! I have used a check box tool to populate a column depending on check box selection but it is not working. I am attaching the workflow sample, please let me know where I am going wrong. Thanks!

Action tools are a bit tricky in that it's not obvious what is selected in the configuration. See this idea on the matter: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Ideas/Action-Tool-Settings-Selection-Need-to-be-Mo...

 

 

Try to change your action tool configuration selection so that the check box changes the value in the text input:
