Pivot Table with different levels

Hi all, 

I'm trying to create a table/pivot table in alteryx which has different levels. 

So i'd like to group by Vendor Name firstly, and then by PO number -  with the original value and remaining value against the PO numbers. 

What tool/tools would you recommend using?
