Pick a 100 rows of data after I found a static string

Hi All, 

I am stuck in parsing this data with multiple file's data stacked one below the other, where I have a static string to be found then filter 100 rows from the row where I found the static string.

In the sample I have 2 file's data and the static string contains "Choco"

I have attached the input and the output

Basically same with the idea of @binu_acs , but managed to reduce the Multi-Row tool by 1. 😂
