Percentage value changed when Union is used

Question

The percentage value of 7.5% is incorrectly shown as 7% when the data reached the union stage. May I ask what's wrong with the Union? am I missing anything? Thank you in advance for the help. Newbie here. :)

Thanks for replying to my concern.

So here's what the workflow looks like : (input file, text to columns, filter, select, Union) The value that should be showing is 7.5% for one row but when the tool reached the Union stage, it just shows 7% which is incorrect.
