Paste the data in Input file with preserved formatting

I am getting the attached errors, when I am trying to get the output data in the 'Main Template' file after the data is getting pasted form the 'Source' file.  

The basic logic behind it is, the output has to go in to the 'Main Template' file, in just the exact place where the data needs to be pasted (that is between the "Insert time below this line" and "Insert time above this line" area). The workflow (attached) is pasting the data in desired area, but unable to give the output in the 'Main Template' file.

And of course, when that gets done the formulated parts should stay intact. I would appreciate, if anyone can share the configuration tweaks in the workflow please?
