Parsing into permutations

Question

Wondering if anyone might have an elegant solution for this (or even an alternative approach)

I have a data set which shows me skills held by a group of people in a format similar to this:

I am wanting to visualise the relationships between skills held (Ie, which skill is most commonly held in conjunction with Excel?.. in this case it is PowerBI) and am so thinking I want to convert these to nodes, ie all permutations:

Is there a cute solution within Alteryx for creating this list? 🙂

You can use Join tool to get all combinations of skills.
