Parsing data with Text to Columns or Regex

Question

I have the below data field  that I am looking to parse out each of the INV DESCR fields into new columns.

Invoice Validated / Inv Descr - Domestic Air/Domestic Low Cost Air/International Air/European Air, European Low Cost Air, Air Extras charges from 30.09.19 to 06.10.19 / Inv # - W6AEC1197 / Inv Date - 10-OCT-19 / DocSeq Cat - STD INV / Doc Seq Name - UK_INV_VCHR / Vou # - 1023994 / Inv Descr - Domestic Air/Domestic Low Cost Air/International Air/European Air, European Low Cost Air, Air Extras charges from 30.09.19 to 06.10.19 / Inv Type - Standard / Supplier Type - Supplier / Supplier Name - CORPORATE

I tried to Text to columns with no luck and not very skilled with regex,  Any suggestions will be much appreciated
