I have an issue i'm hoping you could maybe assist me with I have a small dataset like so of different tax legislation:

| 3 Interpretation of Income Tax Acts |
| Part 2 The Charge to Tax |

| 12 The charge to income tax |
What I need to do is try and parse the data like so:

I have tried numerous approaches all to no avail so i'm reaching out so see if someone can help me out with this cheers in adavnce.
