Parse file

Hi All

I needed help to parse a file. I been at it a while and looked into how to do this but nothing

Sheet 1 contains the data and sheet 2 is how i want to convert it to.

The data comes in i have done some conversion as its an XML, i used dummy data as i cannot share the original but the process would be the same.

I got an Alteryx workflow that has output like sheet 1 but the data i need is to be parsed in Alteryx to end up looking like sheet 2
