Parse exact text in string and following text from Body of email

I'm trying to create a workflow that reads from emails with Outlook tool but I'm trying to get specific information in the body of the email.  Is anyone able to point me in the right direction? I've tried searching for prior discussions and haven't had any luck. 

Does anyone know how to pull out the text following "Apples:" and "Bananas:"  Please see sample email below: 

"Good morning,

This is the body of the email.

Grapes:

Red: 22

Green: 30

Apples:

Red: 4

Green: 0

Yellow: 1

Bananas:

Yellow: 10

Brown: 1

Thank you"
