Parse 5th word in a string

How do I parse out the 5th word in a string?

ie.

This is a sentence in my string.

to

This is a sentence in

thanks.

I should clarify, make each string and parse it to only the first 5 words. Not parse it out. 

@binu_acs  your method is making anything less then 5 words become blank.
