Paragraph or Text Output/Word document output

Hi All,

Need your help in creating the output. After applying all the logics I am getting the below table, which needs to be created as a paragraph output as final. It can be either text file/Word document if not final we have to convince client to have excel.

could you please help in creating the final output. I am attaching the sample excel file for refernce.

@dineshbabu2811 are you saying there will be no unique key identifier for each record?

Thanks @binu_acs  for your workflow, In macro Filter tool, you have mentioned as Account number but everytime we will not have same accounts. It will be dynamic and not sure which account will be coming. In that case how we will do that
