PIVOTING in Alteryx

I am trying to get this data into the pivot format showing the type of status and also count/number into an output report. Any ideas?

My current flow I am only getting the numbers for each status but not like in the pivot where you can click into and get the actual status message. Is there a workflow to add on to this or separate one to be created for status message?

Sadly in alteryx you cant create a pivot table output where you can click on a cell and open underlying raw data.

Alteryx is designed to process tons of data that is probably the main reason why the summarize tool isn't as interactive as the pivot in excel.

Understood , thanks guys. Could one method be pulling in the status messages separately into an output file and combining with my original output with the count?  If so, how would it be done?
