PDF Sent via Email Not being able to open?

Question

I'm having a problem with PDF files that are being sent out through an Alteryx workflow that my technicians can't open on there phones.  Alteryx is not generating the files, just grabbing them from a file location and sending it out.  I can open the attachment on my CPU and if I forward it from my CPU it works fine.  So it's something with how Alteryx is sending the PDF that is causing the issue.  Any ideas??

So an update on this.  This appears to be a bug with the version I have, 2019.3.  I tried with 2020.1 and it worked fine.  Unfortunately our Gallery is set up for 2019.3 so I'm not able to use Alteryx for this particular project.  So be aware that if you have this problem it may be the version you are using.
