As soon as it runs it goes straight to 43% and I have left it running for 25 minutes but it still hasn't changed. I am trying to run PCA with only 5 columns but 2 outputs. Any help would be much appreciated.

Without seeing the data and the config this will be problematic. Can you provide your workflow and the anonymised data?

I've run this using a sample it goes immediately to 43% then finishes.
Looks like this is simply a processing time thing. With millions of records it's going to take time to process. It's not stuck, it's just processing.
Run it with a sample of 1000 and see if it goes through.
