Overwrite specific cells using output tool with relative path

Hello guys,

I want to overwrite specific cells in my input sheet but I want to keep the workflow relative that I can share it with my colleagues.

I used an input tool to input my data and I want to overwrite 3 cells within the same input file. That works with absolute file paths.

But i can't use relative paths because it would refer to the workflow folder and not to the input folder.

 My workflow is located in the parent folder and the input file is located in the sub folder. Please find attached my folder structure.

So my question is: Is there a way that I can use relative paths that refer to the input folder that I can share my folder to my colleagues? 

I hope that my problem is clear. If not, please don't hesitate to ask.
