This was a fun one, here's an approach that should work:

* Multirow to find consecutive values
* Tile Tool to assign ordering of columns (grouped so the same order/ID is assigned to each repeated value)
* Crosstab
* Dynamic rename to update columns to use the winning hand value* Note: You can't have columns that have the same names, so you'll see Tie, Tie2, etc.
