Output formatting (Excel vs Render)

I have a workflow that creates the following output:

However when I want to format the file and use a table/layout/render, I get the following output:

How can I format my file and get an output that is legible?

Hi @tiverson 

In render tool set page size option to custom size and increase the width as needed. Refer below config.

In which version do you see this feature. I have available the 2020.4 version and I cannot see a customisation option.
