This is a quiz question from my university, not sure why you commented that. I have the software but I believe none of the answer choices are correct. I wanted some feedback.

this looks identical to a certification question. you cannot post certification questions on this forum. if you have Alteryx, I'd recommend creating a text input column with the test values and configuring your output data tool as pictured.
