Hello,
I am utilizing the feature to keep formatting while outputting to an existing file. However, I have this minor issue that is adding formatting to undesired locations. Please see my attachment. It looks like it's adding the formatting to the cells below the formatted cells if they are empty. I'm not sure why this is happening and will appreciate the help!
Row 34-37 in the attached shows the formatting being dragged down, even though it isn't in the original file. Same thing with row 40-58. However, row 63 doesn't do this as there is data here.
My only fix to this i can think of is to add a "0" amount, but i feel like there has to be a way around this!

are you using a blob tool and copying it? alteryx does not create additional formatting in excel. It can write to preformatted cells and keep or remove the existing formatting. But it will not create new formatting outside of the render tool (which you didn't use here.). Post your workflow as a .yxzp.
