Output/Transform a file to an irregular layout

Hi,

I have an organized dataset below, but I am asked to transform them into a random template and save each one in a separate sheet. Is it doable using Alteryx? Attached the required output layout.

Yes, It is doable by splitting the file.

Yoshiro_Fujimori! I first split my original input file into separate sheets by Name. Then I took the first sheet as my new input and followed your steps.

The output was formatted nicely in the template so it works! However, the output sheet name is set up as Sheet1 and I could not get it updated to ABC. Also how can I run this across all the sheets in my input file?
