Output Multiple Maps in a "Grid" format

Hi team,

I'm trying to output a bunch of maps with iscochromes in .png format. I've grouped by the relevant categories, and have managed to generate all 74 individual maps with their respective headers.

When I output as a .PNG they all get outputted in one squished column.

I was hoping to generate a map that looks like this:

Basically all 74 maps on a large image in a grid format.

Is this possible to do on Alteryx?

Any help would be appreciated!

Cheers,

Alex

Hey @GWYAlex,

Yes its definitely possible:

To do this I created each row with a join tool (join on position). Each row contains three maps I feed the three maps to a layout tool then set the layout tool to distribute them horizontally. I then do the same for the second row. Then I join the two layouts together and feed them to another layout tool and put them vertically on top of each other before rendering that to a png. (see attached workflow)

Any questions or issues please ask

@GWYAlex just to follow up on my original answer you can also change the size and orientation of the final image in the render tool using the settings here:
