Output Data must specify a sheet name

Having a nightmare getting the output data tool to work the way I want it to!

I've got a data series that I would like to write to a blank .xlsx file but I keep having an error that tells me I "Must specify a sheet name" but as far as I can tell I have.

@JakeDear,

Is your MPAN always going to contain a value (e.g. NOT Null)? If you have a null value in that field, this error makes sense.
